The Speakeasy Tutoring is committed to high-quality instruction and student support. However, language learning results depend on many factors, including attendance, practice, consistency, level, individual learning needs, and outside study.
The Speakeasy Tutoring does not guarantee:
A specific test score
A specific fluency level
Job placement
School admission
Immigration outcome
Interview success
Any specific personal, academic, or professional result
4. Registration and Payment
Payment is required according to the price, due date, invoice, registration page, checkout page, or payment schedule provided for the selected service.
Your spot in a class, program, or tutoring schedule may not be reserved until payment is received.
The Speakeasy Tutoring may pause, cancel, or withhold services if payment is late, incomplete, declined, or disputed.
5. Pricing

The Speakeasy Tutoring may update pricing at any time. Updated prices will apply to future purchases or registrations, not to services already paid for unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payment Processing

9. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:

Avoid disruptive, unsafe, harassing, or discriminatory behavior
The Speakeasy Tutoring may remove a student from a class, program, or tutoring service for disrespectful behavior, repeated non-attendance, harassment, unsafe conduct, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.
10. Attendance
Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, classes, and programs.
Missed classes or sessions may not be refunded, credited, or made up unless allowed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy or agreed in writing.
11. Online Classes and Technology
For online services, students are responsible for having:
A working internet connection
A device with audio access
Access to the required video meeting platform
A quiet and appropriate learning environment when possible
The Speakeasy Tutoring is not responsible for missed time due to student technology issues, internet problems, device problems, or failure to access the online platform.
12. In-Person Services
For in-person services, students are expected to arrive on time and follow any location-specific rules.
The Speakeasy Tutoring may reschedule in-person sessions due to illness, emergency, weather, safety concerns, or other reasonable circumstances.
13. Educational Materials
All materials created by The Speakeasy Tutoring are the property of The Speakeasy Tutoring unless otherwise stated.

Original curriculum
Students may use these materials for personal study only.

14. Recordings

Students may not record, screenshot, share, post, or distribute class sessions, teacher materials, or other students without permission.
